Whichever team you join, you can expect a range of training opportunities to familiarise yourself with our different products and technologies.
You’ll also have access to specialist training from relevant trade bodies where appropriate. We recognise it’s impossible to know everything straight away, so you’ll find plenty of people willing to share their knowledge and support you if you need help.

Adam Gaudry, Senior AI Engineer
I joined TMG in 2012 as a journalist, fulfilling a long-time goal to write for a national paper. One of the things that keeps me here is the amazing people and constant drive for innovation. Back in Editorial, putting out the paper felt like a small, daily miracle made possible by a fantastic team all pulling together. In Tech, that same spirit drives us to push boundaries, especially with new technologies.
One of the highlights of my time here has been the chance to switch from Editorial to Technology, which TMG fully supported. Right now, I’m working on exciting projects that could help shape the future of what we do and - most importantly - help to connect more people with our quality journalism.
The work-life balance at TMG is a big plus, too, especially as a new dad with flexible hours and paternity leave.
