"We're working hard to create a workplace where people feel valued, rewarded, and part of an organisation where they belong."
The nature of our business means life at Telegraph Media Group is fast-paced, demanding and interesting. We also want it to be rewarding for everyone who works here.
How? By creating a suite of benefits that contribute to lifestyle choices and leisure activities. By offering fair and equitable rewards for all. And by creating an environment where everyone feels they belong.
Proactively supporting the physical, mental and financial health of our people is one of our key priorities at Telegraph Media Group.
Our Wellbeing support is available to all employees from our Employee Assistance Programme and Financial Wellbeing initiatives to our onsite services that include a GP, Physiotherapist, Beautician and Gym. We also have a brilliant network of Wellbeing Champions and trained Mental Health First Aiders who help to drive the mental health agenda across the organisation.
Improving diversity, increasing representation and fostering an inclusive culture remain long term commitments at Telegraph Media Group. We believe it’s not only the right thing to do, but that there’s a strong business case to support it. We are focusing on delivering initiatives and programmes which invest in our people, diversify our workforce and enhance everyone’s careers and well-being.
Our six inclusion networks are open for anyone to join. They include Able (accessibility), Out Loud (LGBTQ+), Ethnic and Cultural Diversity, Women, Well-being and Working Families. Each one plays a key role in supporting our people and creating a greater sense of inclusion and belonging for everyone. These networks offer a variety of different support activities including workshops and events to encourage a more open discussion around inclusion in the workplaces.
