Whichever team you join, you can expect a range of training opportunities to familiarise yourself with our different products and technologies.
You’ll also have access to specialist training from relevant trade bodies where appropriate. We recognise it’s impossible to know everything straight away, so you’ll find plenty of people willing to share their knowledge and support you if you need help.

Melissa Coe, Senior HR Business Partner
I joined TMG in 2015 as a graduate, and I’ve since moved through five different roles to become a Senior HR Business Partner. The growth opportunities here have been incredible and helped me build my skills for the future.
The best part? The people. I work with passionate, driven colleagues, and I’ve had the chance to lead projects including the HR side of the CMC acquisition, ensuring a smooth transition for everyone involved. I joined TMG in September 2022 as the Health & Safety Manager, drawn by the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. One of my proudest achievements has been rolling out Health & Safety compliance training - a project that’s had a real impact on keeping our workplace safe and people-focused.
TMG supports my growth with flexible hours, which has been invaluable as I balance work with pursuing a Master’s degree. Looking ahead, I’m excited about the possibility of exploring new challenges in other departments while continuing to grow professionally.
